The Polymer Plant comprises 2 extrusion and 10 injection moulding machines of both horizontal and vertical types with capacities ranging from 2.5 to 11.5 ozs.
The Machine Shop is comprehensively equipped with the entire spectrum of Machine Tools comprising Lathes, Milling, Shaping, Boring, Planing, Grinding and Drilling Machines and is entirely self sufficient.
8 Electro Discharge Machines (Spark Erosion) are used for mould and Die manufacture.
The above equipment is in excess of our own requirements and we are in a position to offer the following services to the relevant industries:
1. Supply of Injection Moulded Polymer components.
2. Mould Making Facilities to the Plastic Industry.
3. Punch and Die Manufacture for the Metal Forming Industry.
4. Replacement parts for machinery and equipment.
