The factory, equipped for manufacturing, repairs and maintenance, has a workshop facility that fabricates its own machine spares, moulds, dies, punches and plastic components - total self-reliance that ensures consistent product quality. This adequately meets today's heightened consumer awareness, that constantly emphasises that the company can brook no compromise on the high manufacturing standards.

The company employs all specialised personnel who have undergone extensive in-house training, both in Sri Lanka and abroad. The manufacturing facility functions under the control of a General Manager, a qualified Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineer, counting 25 years hands-on experience. Systems Control & Quality Assurance programmes come under the purview of a specialised and trained manager who works in close co-ordination with an industry trained Production Manager who oversees all aspects of the manufacturing process. Polymer and Workshops Divisions are supervised by an Engineer Manager with a proven track record spanning over 15 years.
